Hub Bookings and Availability

The Earth Hub strives to be accessible to those doing essential mahi to build community resilience and spread knowledge in this time of urgent need. We do, however, have to cover our costs and keep this beautiful space clean; warm; connected to water, gas, and electricity supply; and staffed.

We hope that you can therefore understand the venue use charges as laid out below:


Non-profit regular and one-off meetings -

$2 pp ($10 minimum)

ie organisation meetings, small private meetings, meditation sessions

Non-ticketed one-off events -

$2 pp (w/o kitchen $50 min; w kitchen $70 min)

ie potlucks, AGMs, workshops, talks, movie screenings, artist presentations

Ticketed one-off events -

$2 pp (w/o kitchen $60 min; w kitchen $80 min)

ie. workshops, talks, movie screenings, artist presentations

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel more than a week out from the event, we give a 100% refund. If it is 3 days, we can give an 80% refund. Bookings cancelled less than three days out unfortunately can’t be refunded.

Please note that the Earth Hub memberships are for use of the library and separate to the charges laid out above.
